Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to identify and engage potential merchants and drivers for partnership opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business partners in targeted areas across Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the onboarding process and ensure partner satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for merchant and driver acquisition.
- Provide regular reports on field activities, market feedback, and business development progress.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field sales, business development, or a related role.
- Proven track record in acquiring new clients or partners, preferably in the digital, logistics, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a field-based environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape, including key industries and market dynamics.
- Ability to travel extensively within Bali and adapt to varying work conditions.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are a plus.
