As a Field Auditor, you will conduct comprehensive audits of fixed assets, inventory, petty cash funds, revolving funds, and branch collections, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Responsibility
- Conduct regular audits of fixed assets, inventory, and cash funds at depot warehouses and branches to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Verify and reconcile branch collections and revolving funds, identifying discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, risks, and actionable recommendations for management review.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to implement internal controls and improve financial processes.
- Monitor adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and local regulations.
- Perform surprise cash counts and inventory checks to mitigate fraud and operational risks.
- Assist in the development and update of audit procedures and checklists.
- Provide training and guidance to branch staff on proper financial documentation and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in auditing, internal controls, or financial verification, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of audit principles, GAAP, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in using audit software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to travel to various branch locations as required (primarily within Bali).
- High integrity, confidentiality, and a commitment to ethical standards.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
