As a Field Auditor, you will act as the eyes and ears of the organization in the field. You will be responsible for conducting thorough site inspections, verifying inventory, and ensuring that our retail and project locations adhere to company policies. Responsibility
- Conduct regular site audits and inspections at various locations across the Philippines.
- Verify physical inventory levels against system records to ensure accuracy.
- Document audit findings, identify operational gaps, and prepare comprehensive reports for management.
- Monitor compliance with company lighting and electrical safety standards.
- Coordinate with local site managers to address discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Travel extensively to perform scheduled and surprise audits.
- Analyze field data to identify trends and potential risks to company assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in field auditing, inventory management, or retail operations is a strong advantage.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
- Ability to travel frequently and adapt to different work environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and observation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
