Responsibility
- Assist licensed surveyors in conducting land, boundary, and topographic surveys using advanced tools and equipment.
- Operate and maintain surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS devices, and levels with precision.
- Record and verify field measurements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Set up and mark survey points, stakes, and reference markers for construction layouts.
- Collaborate with construction teams to provide real-time survey data and support site planning.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE to mitigate risks in outdoor work environments.
- Prepare and organize field notes, sketches, and digital data for reporting and analysis.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies or issues identified during survey activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in surveying or construction is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Chainman, Survey Assistant, or similar role is preferred but not required—training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and terrains.
- Basic understanding of surveying principles, measurements, and construction layouts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Proficiency in using handheld GPS devices, measuring tapes, and levels is advantageous.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with surveyors and construction crews.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Badung, Canggu, Ubud, and surrounding areas.
