As a Construction Supervisor, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with ME (Mechanical & Electrical) teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
- Monitor project budgets, resources, and procurement to optimize efficiency.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain project alignment.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management.
- Implement best practices in construction management to enhance productivity.
- Train and mentor junior staff to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction supervision.
- Strong knowledge of ME (Mechanical & Electrical) systems in construction.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with construction software and project management tools.
- Certification in construction safety (e.g., K3) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
