Responsibility
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and system integration issues related to Flexxonâs products.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements and new feature development.
- Conduct technical training sessions for clients and internal teams to ensure optimal use of Flexxonâs storage and memory solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides for internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform product demonstrations and evaluations to showcase Flexxonâs capabilities and assist clients in selecting the right solutions for their needs.
- Analyze field data and customer use cases to identify trends, recommend improvements, and proactively address potential issues.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance on best practices for implementing and optimizing Flexxonâs products in their environments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data storage and memory solutions to ensure Flexxon remains at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications
- A Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Field Application Engineer, Technical Support, or similar role, preferably in the storage, memory, or semiconductor industry.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in hardware and software debugging tools, as well as familiarity with storage protocols (e.g., NVMe, SATA, PCIe).
- Experience with customer-facing roles, including on-site support, training, and presentations.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required by client needs.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
