Responsibility
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, ensuring smooth implementation and operation of engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, R&D, and customer service teams to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, and best practice guides.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovations.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions.
- Act as a Mandarin-English liaison to facilitate communication between global teams and Mandarin-speaking clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Field Application Engineer, Technical Support, or similar role within the engineering or technology sector.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Experience with CAD software, PLC programming, or industrial automation is a plus.
- Willingness to travel regionally or internationally as required (up to 30%).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
