As a Senior FAE or Assistant Manager, you will serve as the technical bridge between our engineering teams and clients, providing expert guidance on FPGA solutions, troubleshooting complex issues, and driving customer success. Responsibility
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on FPGA-based solutions, including design, implementation, and debugging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize FPGA applications tailored to client requirements.
- Conduct on-site or virtual technical presentations, training sessions, and workshops for clients and internal teams.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and the engineering team to gather feedback and drive product improvements.
- Assist in the development of technical documentation, application notes, and best practices for FPGA designs.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in FPGA technology and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
- Manage and mentor junior FAEs, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in FPGA design, verification, or application engineering.
- Proficiency in FPGA development tools (e.g., Xilinx Vivado, Intel Quartus, or similar).
- Strong understanding of hardware description languages (VHDL, Verilog, SystemVerilog).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex FPGA designs.
- Proven track record of customer-facing roles, with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in semiconductor, embedded systems, or electronics industries is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements.
