Responsibility
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, ensuring optimal performance of engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to refine product designs based on field feedback.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to maximize the utilization of our technologies.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime and enhancing client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, reports, and best practices.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to gather requirements and drive product improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.
- Travel to client sites across Bali and potentially other regions as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a field application or technical support role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CAD software, PLC programming, or other relevant engineering tools.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
