Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed loan volume targets while ensuring profitability and sound credit quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized financial solutions.
- Conduct thorough credit assessments and evaluations to minimize risk and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
- Promote and cross-sell BDO Unibank’s financial products and services to meet customer needs.
- Monitor and manage loan portfolios to ensure timely repayments and minimize delinquencies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings to provide informed recommendations.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales performance, market feedback, and customer insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, banking, or financial services, with a proven track record in achieving targets.
- Strong understanding of credit analysis, loan processing, and financial products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software applications.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel and engage with clients in various locations across Bali.
