Responsibility
- Develop and execute mobile marketing campaigns to promote credit products to target audiences in Bali.
- Engage with potential clients via digital channels (SMS, mobile apps, social media) to generate leads and drive applications.
- Educate customers on credit terms, eligibility criteria, and application processes.
- Collaborate with the sales and underwriting teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights.
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies in all marketing activities.
- Build and nurture relationships with local partners to expand market reach.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or financial services, preferably in mobile/digital channels.
- Strong understanding of credit products, financial services, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing, social media platforms).
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales or lead generation targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s market dynamics is a plus.
