Responsibility
- Conduct proactive collections for overdue vehicle loan accounts (1-60 days past due) via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Negotiate repayment plans with clients to ensure timely recovery of outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities in the company’s database.
- Collaborate with the legal and auction teams to initiate repossession procedures for non-compliant accounts when necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection performance and recovery rates.
- Identify trends in delinquency and recommend process improvements to reduce overdue accounts.
- Liaise with internal departments to verify account details and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in collections, debt recovery, or customer service within the financial services sector.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (verbal and written).
- Familiarity with vehicle financing, leasing, or auction processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and handle high-pressure situations professionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM or collection software.
- Willingness to travel within Bali for field collections as required.
