Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned banking clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their success with our IT solutions
  • Develop and implement customer success plans tailored to each client's business objectives and banking operations
  • Monitor product adoption metrics and proactively address any usage gaps or challenges
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth while maintaining customer trust
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and gather feedback for product improvement
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions, success plans, and outcomes
  • Stay current with banking industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance to clients

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or relationship management within the banking or financial services sector
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, digital banking solutions, or core banking systems
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving product adoption
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with SaaS products or IT solutions in a banking environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field
  • Certifications in customer success (e.g., Certified Customer Success Manager) or banking (e.g., Certified Banking Professional) are a plus
