Responsibility

- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area at all times.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Assist in resolving guest concerns or complaints, escalating issues as necessary.
- Process payments, manage cash transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Support marketing and promotional activities, such as distributing flyers or updating social media.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
- Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hotel.
