Responsibility
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly, professional demeanor at counter service points.
- Process orders, payments, and reservations accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming counter area at all times.
- Provide information about products, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to company policies, hygiene standards, and safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of counter supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail (experience in Bali’s tourism sector is a plus).
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Russian) are highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the role.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience with POS systems or hospitality software is a bonus.
