Responsibility
- Operate and monitor feed mill machinery to ensure optimal production efficiency and quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to prevent downtime and extend machinery lifespan.
- Follow strict safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations for feed production.
- Measure and mix raw materials according to precise formulations to produce consistent feed products.
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products to meet company and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including material usage, output, and equipment performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions in the production process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of feed products to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Feed Mill Operator or in a similar role within the manufacturing or agricultural sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of feed mill machinery and production processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and production schedules.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality feed products.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve lifting, standing, or operating machinery for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
