Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor and maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Drive sales and profitability through effective cost control, promotional strategies, and customer engagement.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and equipment.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-food environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and operational best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer and team interactions.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Proficiency in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.
