Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Offer personalized styling advice and product recommendations based on customer preferences and current fashion trends.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit, and mobile payments while maintaining a high level of integrity.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking merchandise, arranging displays, and ensuring product availability.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Stay updated on new collections, promotions, and brand knowledge to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Collaborate with the retail team to execute in-store events, promotions, and visual merchandising initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or luxury brands (fresh graduates with a strong passion for fashion are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong sense of style and fashion awareness, with the ability to provide trend-driven advice.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently during peak hours.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management is advantageous.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, to meet business needs.
