Responsibility
- Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with fitting, selections, and purchases while maintaining a luxury service standard.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, including arranging displays and restocking inventory.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive client engagement and upselling techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the boutique is clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
- Stay updated on new collections, trends, and brand knowledge to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, fashion, or customer service (luxury brands preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Passion for fashion, trends, and styling with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management is advantageous.
