Responsibility
- Conduct high-impact research in Engineering Product Development, with a focus on innovation, design, and technology.
- Develop and deliver cutting-edge courses and curricula for undergraduate and graduate programs.
- Mentor and advise students on research projects, theses, and career development.
- Collaborate with industry partners to drive applied research and technology transfer.
- Publish research findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences.
- Secure external funding through grants, sponsorships, and industry collaborations.
- Contribute to the academic governance and strategic initiatives of the EPD Pillar.
- Engage in outreach and public engagement to promote engineering education and research.
Qualifications
- PhD in Engineering, Product Development, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of high-quality research and publications in reputable journals.
- Experience in teaching and curriculum development at the university level.
- Strong industry connections or experience in product development and innovation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to secure research funding and manage collaborative projects.
- Commitment to interdisciplinary research and education.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
