Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for pre-sales teams, focusing on technology products and solutions.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of product specialists and trainers to ensure high standards of delivery.
- Collaborate with product managers and sales teams to identify training needs and create tailored learning materials.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor products to continuously update training content and methodologies.
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics, and refine programs accordingly.
- Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are fully prepared to represent Erajaya’s products with confidence.
- Act as a subject matter expert for complex technical inquiries, providing guidance to sales teams and clients as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Specialist, Trainer, or in a similar role within the technology sector.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering engaging training programs for technical or sales audiences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience supervising or mentoring teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of technology products (e.g., software, hardware, IoT, or telecommunications) and their market applications.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on the latest industry advancements.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred.
