Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive lectures on subjects including Financial Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, and Cost Accounting.
- Design, evaluate, and update course syllabi and instructional materials to align with current industry standards and regulatory practices.
- Assess student progress through diverse evaluation methods, exams, and projects, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Provide academic advising, career mentorship, and guidance to accounting majors navigating their professional paths.
- Contribute to institutional development by active participation in faculty meetings, curriculum reviews, and academic committees.
- Engage in community outreach programs and research initiatives aligned with the university's development goals.
Qualifications
- Must possess a Master’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a closely related business academic discipline.
- Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional accounting designation is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in higher education or significant professional experience in senior accounting/auditing roles.
- Strong command of the English language with exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and modern educational software.
