Responsibility
- Sort and categorize electronic waste and recyclable materials according to company guidelines and environmental regulations.
- Dismantle electronic devices, components, and equipment to recover valuable materials for recycling and reuse.
- Operate and maintain factory equipment, including conveyor belts, shredders, and sorting tools, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Follow strict safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free workspace, including proper handling of hazardous materials and adherence to PPE requirements.
- Monitor and record inventory of processed materials, ensuring accurate documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Assist in the implementation of sustainability initiatives, such as waste reduction programs and energy-efficient practices.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or operational issues to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, recycling, or factory environment (entry-level candidates with relevant training will also be considered).
- Basic understanding of electronic components and materials is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 kg, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or overtime as required by operational needs.
- Basic proficiency in English or Bahasa Indonesia for clear communication with team members and supervisors.
- Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., OSHA) or prior experience in a sustainability-focused role is an advantage.
