Responsibility
- Develop and maintain accurate production plans and schedules to meet customer demand and business objectives.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to align material requirements with production timelines.
- Analyze demand forecasts, sales trends, and production capacities to adjust plans proactively.
- Implement and improve inventory management systems and processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, inventory turnover, and supply chain metrics.
- Identify bottlenecks in the production process and propose solutions to streamline operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is an advantage.
