Responsibility
- Manage the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming inventory to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of orders while adhering to strict timelines and procedures.
- Maintain real-time inventory records in SAP and other warehouse management systems.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to streamline supply chain processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Generate reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics.
- Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems for inventory and warehouse management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and best practices.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
