Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor the distribution of lubricant products to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to clients and retail partners.
- Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring stock levels align with demand forecasts and company targets.
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to resolve logistics-related issues and optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, delivery receipts, and other supply-related documentation with precision.
- Conduct regular audits of warehouse stock to prevent discrepancies and minimize wastage.
- Assist in negotiating contracts with vendors and service providers to secure cost-effective and reliable supply solutions.
- Generate reports on supply chain performance, highlighting areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements in all supply operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data analysis tools. ERP or inventory management software experience is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to address supply chain challenges proactively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all operational tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
- Knowledge of lubricant products or the oil and gas industry is advantageous but not required.
