Responsibility
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and lead a multidisciplinary team, including supervisors, engineers, and production staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Monitor and control production costs, budgets, and inventory levels to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, to streamline processes and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality assurance teams to maintain smooth workflow and supply chain operations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, KPIs, and operational metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in factory or production management, preferably in the manufacturing, logistics, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record of leading large teams and managing high-volume production environments.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, Lean Manufacturing, and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
