Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize factory operations, ensuring on-time production and delivery.
- Oversee daily factory routines, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
- Monitor and enhance production efficiency, reducing downtime and maximizing output.
- Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Lead, mentor, and train factory staff, fostering a high-performance culture and team collaboration.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure seamless supply chain integration.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure optimal utilization of materials and equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in factory or production management within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in production planning software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, quality control processes, and workplace safety regulations.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
