Responsibility
- Assist the Factory Manager in overseeing daily production operations to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.
- Monitor and optimize workflow processes to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality control teams to maintain smooth operations.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to prevent malfunctions and ensure operational readiness.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Train, mentor, and supervise production staff to foster a high-performance work culture.
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for production activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced settings.
- Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards in manufacturing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
