Responsibility
- Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) on manufacturing equipment to verify functionality, safety, and compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve technical issues during testing phases.
- Document test results, deviations, and corrective actions in detailed reports for internal and client review.
- Ensure all equipment meets food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO, GMP) and regulatory requirements.
- Perform routine calibration and maintenance checks on testing tools and machinery.
- Assist in the development of test protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new equipment.
- Train production staff on equipment operation, safety protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Monitor and report on equipment performance metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in FAT, quality control, or equipment testing within F&B manufacturing or a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing standards (e.g., ISO 9001, FDA, Halal certification) and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in using testing tools, calibration devices, and diagnostic software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-pressure environments.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) for cross-team collaboration.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, as required by production schedules.
