Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on manufacturing equipment and facility systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues in production and logistics machinery.
- Monitor and maintain facility utilities, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and testing of new equipment or systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in all facility operations.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Support emergency response efforts for facility-related incidents or breakdowns.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in facility maintenance, manufacturing support, or a similar role.
- Strong technical skills in mechanical and electrical systems, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairs.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
- Willingness to work in shift-based environments and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
