As a Chargeman, you will oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of electrical, mechanical, and utility systems, including power distribution, HVAC, water treatment, and compressed air systems. This position demands a proactive approach to preventive maintenance, compliance with local and international safety standards, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant facilities, including electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and utility infrastructure.
- Ensure uninterrupted supply of utilities (electricity, water, compressed air) to support 24/7 production operations.
- Monitor and maintain electrical distribution systems, including switchgear, transformers, and backup generators.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and implement timely solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical failures to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
- Comply with safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, local electrical codes) and ensure all maintenance activities adhere to company and legal standards.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize facility performance and reduce energy consumption.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory of spare parts.
Qualifications
- Certified Chargeman (BO or A0 license) or equivalent electrical certification recognized in Indonesia.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, and utility management in a plant environment.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings, schematics, and PLC diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of industrial equipment.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
