Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of retail and commercial buildings, ensuring all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are functional and compliant with safety standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships, negotiating service agreements and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Monitor budget allocations for facility upkeep, repairs, and upgrades, providing regular financial reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, fire safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate space planning and tenant improvements to enhance property value and occupancy satisfaction.
- Lead emergency response protocols, including crisis management for natural disasters or system failures.
- Conduct regular property inspections and generate actionable reports for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFM, LEED) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management, with a focus on retail or commercial buildings.
- Proven ability to manage multi-site operations, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and building automation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Familiarity with local regulations in Bali (e.g., building permits, safety codes).
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated leadership in sustainability initiatives or energy-efficient practices.
