Responsibility
- Design, analyze, and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality in semiconductor and electronics manufacturing.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and streamline operations.
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, production, quality assurance) to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track productivity, efficiency, and quality metrics.
- Support the deployment of automation and robotics to enhance manufacturing precision and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, IPC) and regulatory requirements for electronics and semiconductor production.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in industrial engineering and continuous improvement techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably within the semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing sectors.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, Python) and manufacturing software (e.g., ERP, MES).
- Experience with automation, robotics, or Industry 4.0 technologies is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with quality control standards (ISO 9001, IPC-A-610) and regulatory compliance in electronics manufacturing.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
