Total IFM is seeking a proactive and experienced Facility Manager to oversee and drive operational excellence in our facilities across Bali’s most dynamic regions, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. This is a critical leadership role for ensuring seamless operations, maintenance, and compliance while optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of facilities, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Manage and lead a team of technicians, contractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor and optimize energy consumption, waste management, and sustainability initiatives to reduce operational costs.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support space planning, renovations, and capital projects.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to facility operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency response and crisis management within the facility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management, operations, or maintenance, preferably in a multi-site or large-scale environment.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, compliance standards (OSHA, ISO), and sustainability practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in facility management software (e.g., CMMS, BMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
