Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of office, production, and common areas to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Inspect and maintain building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, and report any issues for repair.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing minor leaks, and repairing damaged fixtures.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling programs in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and restock supplies such as cleaning agents, paper products, and other janitorial materials.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down equipment for events or meetings as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and inventory of supplies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in maintenance or janitorial services is a plus.
- Proven experience in janitorial, maintenance, or facility management roles, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and chemical safety.
- Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems for troubleshooting and minor repairs.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
