Responsibility
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural issues in buildings and equipment promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential problems and recommend solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and service reports.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or installations when needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes in all maintenance activities.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Assist in renovation and upgrade projects to enhance property value and functionality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (minimum 2+ years) as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in real estate, hospitality, or property management.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, climbing, or standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and reporting.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
