Responsibility
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural issues in facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, systems, and grounds to identify potential maintenance needs.
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and resolve issues with minimal downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and service reports.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or installations when needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards in all maintenance tasks.
- Assist in renovation and upgrade projects to enhance property value and functionality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or property management.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between multiple sites in Bali.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
