We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our facilities in Bali. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of all electrical systems, including HV/MV/LV, while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will hold a Chargeman A4/A1 certification and have extensive experience in facility management within industrial or commercial settings.
As the Maintenance Manager, you will lead a team of technicians, develop preventive maintenance programs, and ensure all systems operate at peak efficiency. Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all facility maintenance operations, including electrical (HV/MV/LV), mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and engineers to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with local and international electrical safety standards, including Chargeman A4/A1 regulations.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades.
- Monitor facility energy consumption and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance documentation.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and resolve critical issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Valid Chargeman A4/A1 certification (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility maintenance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in HV/MV/LV electrical systems, switchgear, transformers, and distribution networks.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, and local electrical safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
