Responsibility
- Prepare and distribute monthly management reports on facility maintenance, equipment performance, and operational efficiency.
- Document and analyze crane and conveyor system troubleshooting activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Assist in assessing and reporting Phase 5 building damages, coordinating with maintenance teams for repairs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
- Support the scheduling of preventive maintenance for facility equipment and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to optimize workflows and reduce downtime.
- Generate data-driven presentations for senior management to highlight maintenance trends and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards in all maintenance documentation and procedures.
Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, facility maintenance, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems or CMMS software is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical data and generate actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
