Responsibility
- Oversee and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for all facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
- Ensure 100% compliance with local safety regulations, health codes, and industry standards for retail and fast-food operations.
- Develop and implement cost-effective maintenance plans to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to manage facility projects from planning to completion.
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend solutions.
- Optimize energy and resource usage to reduce operational costs while maintaining high performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and inventory of spare parts.
- Provide emergency response for facility-related issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management, preferably in the retail or fast-food industry.
- Proven expertise in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols, OSHA standards, and local regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent project management and vendor coordination skills.
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
