Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of facility areas, including production floors, offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards as per company and regulatory guidelines.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment (e.g., vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers) safely and efficiently.
- Restock and manage cleaning supplies and consumables, reporting shortages to supervisors.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address cleanliness or maintenance issues.
- Assist in waste disposal and recycling programs in accordance with environmental policies.
- Collaborate with the facilities team to support special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning initiatives.
- Adhere to MNC protocols for documentation, including cleaning logs and incident reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum secondary education or equivalent; prior cleaning experience in industrial, commercial, or healthcare settings is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized cleaning procedures.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks (e.g., lifting, bending, standing for extended periods).
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols (training provided).
- Ability to work independently and in a team with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
