Responsibility
- Design, plan, and oversee construction and maintenance projects for facilities and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with local and international building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to procure materials, services, and equipment.
- Monitor facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and perform troubleshooting as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential risks and recommend improvements.
- Manage facility budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
- Support sustainability initiatives by implementing energy-efficient and eco-friendly practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management, building engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance protocols, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in CAD software, project management tools, and facility management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices and energy-efficient technologies is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in the region.
