Responsibility
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
- Oversee electrical systems, including power distribution, backup generators, and UPS units, to prevent downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Manage wastewater treatment and disposal systems in accordance with environmental regulations and company sustainability goals.
- Conduct regular inspections, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions to semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with EHS teams to ensure all facilities operations adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for critical infrastructure to extend equipment lifespan and reduce operational risks.
- Assist in the design and implementation of facility upgrades, including energy-efficient solutions and automation systems.
- Document system performance, maintenance activities, and incident reports for continuous improvement and compliance audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in facilities engineering, preferably in semiconductor, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
- Proven expertise in HVAC systems, electrical distribution, and wastewater treatment.
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards, environmental regulations, and compliance requirements (e.g., OSHA, ISO 14001).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in high-pressure situations.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), and automation tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certifications in facilities management, HVAC, or electrical systems (e.g., LEED, OSHA, or local equivalents) are a plus.
