Responsibility
- Assist in the design, installation, and maintenance of HVAC systems tailored for cleanroom and semiconductor environments.
- Monitor and optimize facility infrastructure to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO Class 5-8 cleanrooms).
- Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of M&E systems to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and implement energy-efficient solutions for facility operations.
- Prepare technical reports, schematics, and documentation for system upgrades or new installations.
- Support the calibration and validation of environmental control systems (temperature, humidity, particle count).
- Assist in project planning, including cost estimation, material procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements for semiconductor and cleanroom facilities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HVAC systems, cleanroom maintenance, or semiconductor facility operations (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
- Familiarity with cleanroom classification standards (ISO 14644), HVAC controls, and filtration systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and BMS (Building Management Systems).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and energy management is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a hybrid or on-site work model.
