As our Facilities Specialist, you will oversee day-to-day office activities, manage vendor relationships, and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for office maintenance, workplace services, and emergency preparedness. Responsibility

  • Monitor and maintain office infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs and maintenance.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and resolve potential safety hazards.
  • Enforce health, safety, and security protocols in accordance with local regulations and company policy.
  • Manage office supply inventory and facility-related procurement processes.
  • Support the planning and execution of office space planning and workstation setup.
  • Serve as a primary responder for emergency situations and building maintenance issues.
  • Document facility performance metrics and maintain accurate maintenance logs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a Facilities Specialist, Office Coordinator, or related role in a BPO setting.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA-compliant safety standards and local building regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse vendor and staff interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Flexible work schedule availability to accommodate facility maintenance needs.
