Responsibility
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and optimization of cleanroom facilities, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure 24/7 operational uptime.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Manage utility systems (power, water, gas) and ensure compliance with ISO, OSHA, and semiconductor industry standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, EHS) to align facility operations with business objectives.
- Monitor and control energy consumption and sustainability initiatives to reduce operational costs.
- Lead vendor and contractor management, including negotiations, performance evaluations, and SLA compliance.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, emergency response plans, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and manage facility budgets, capital expenditures, and cost-saving strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in semiconductor or data center environments.
- Proven expertise in cleanroom maintenance, critical environment controls, and utility systems.
- Strong knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and BMS (Building Management Systems).
- Familiarity with ISO 14644, ISO 9001, and OSHA regulations for semiconductor facilities.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments with shifting priorities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
