Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, machinery, and automation equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults, including wiring, control panels, motors, and PLC systems, with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve process efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance system reliability.
- Conduct inspections and tests on electrical components to identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts and tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and company policies during all maintenance tasks.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical systems or upgrades to existing infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and operational staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational certification in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, motor controls, PLCs, and automation systems.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes) and interpreting technical manuals.
- Familiarity with safety regulations (OSHA, NFPA 70E) and experience working in high-voltage environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, as required by operational needs.
