Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and landscaping for assigned properties in Bali.
- Develop and implement strategic facility management plans to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with contractual agreements.
- Monitor and control budgets, expenses, and financial reporting for facility-related activities.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance in accordance with local and international standards.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of technicians, cleaners, and support staff to achieve performance targets.
- Coordinate emergency response plans and crisis management procedures for all managed properties.
- Conduct regular property inspections and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend asset lifespan.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in hospitality, commercial real estate, or corporate environments.
- Proven track record in budget management, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in facility management software (e.g., CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certifications in Facility Management (e.g., CFM, IFMA) or related fields are a plus.
