Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of assigned buildings, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations to maintain optimal building conditions.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services such as cleaning, security, and maintenance.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for employees and visitors.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Lead and mentor a team of facility staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Prepare and manage budgets for building operations, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in building administration or facility management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in facility management software and tools.
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in facility management or related areas is a plus.
